This unique ranch home is fully furnished and sleeps 8-10 people. You will need to bring food and personal items.

The Nest features:

Living Room with a Western Decor (cowboy style) including: 2 chairs, comfy couch, 2 end tables, 1 coffee table, luxury futon, Satellite TV/DVD/VCR/telephone.

Kitchen, fully furnished, includes:
Nice refrigerator, cooking stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc. Coffee is provided (regular and decaf), as well as hot chocolate, teas etc.

Bedrooms provide 2 sets of bunk beds, a single bed, double bed in the Master Bedroom, the futon and couch double as extra sleeping accommodations for larger groups up to 10 people.

Bathroom is a Jungle theme with a full size tub/shower, stool, sink and all linens.

Game Room doubles as extra seating for meals and there are games provided, including-cards, Yahtzee, Chinese checkers and checkers. The chairs in the game room double as outdoor chairs as well.

The yard is roomy and fenced. Horses can be kept in the acre sized pen in front of the house.
